We were blown away by the amazing service and early check-in option offered to us as we arrived before the season started. The staff, especially Baris and Alican, went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. The entertainment team, led by the incredibly hardworking and enthusiastic Coco, kept us entertained throughout our time at the hotel. We were impressed by the wide variety of delicious food available, although we would have liked a bit more variety in the menu. The mountain view from our rooms was stunning, and the night entertainment and pools were fantastic. The hotel had a vibrant and friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home. our experience at this hotel was mind-blowing and we highly recommend it!

The guestrooms at Kervansaray Marmaris are simply amazing! I absolutely loved the cozy beds, the convenient shower, and the enjoyable balcony with a beautiful view. Having a minibar and individual air conditioning made me feel like I was in my own little paradise.

I personally found the telephone in the room and bathroom a bit unnecessary, but hey, that's just me. Others might actually find it useful.

Easy base for a city break in Marmaris! Free parking was available in the hotel.

The reception hospitality was good. The top floor pool view room was gorgeous and felt like a 5*. The pool area was thoroughly cleaned and the overall hotel was spotless. The shuttle bus to the private area beach was convenient. The food was lovely with plenty to choose from. The early check-in was allowed after our long car journey.

We were thrilled with our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early in the morning without any hassle. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to the city center and the beach, making it easy for us to explore and relax. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great place to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the variety of food options, especially the salads, at the dinner buffet was impressive. We also loved the nightly entertainment, which was a big hit with the kids. this hotel provided excellent value for the price.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area with plenty of loungers to relax on. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any requests we had.- The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearby beach and town, which was convenient for exploring.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. There were visible stains on the carpets and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
